Individual Counselling
Nicole uses a range of techniques from ACT and mindfulness to art and expressive therapies, narrative therapies and cognitive techniques -- tailoring her approach to what works best for you.
Nicole has an inclusive practice and welcomes all people.
Parenting, Pregnancy and Postnatal Support
Nicole has a special interest in supporting expecting and new parents, as well as the seasoned pros. She also supports people experiencing fertility challenges and pregnancy loss.

Kids & Teen Counselling
Using a mixture of art and play therapy, as well as narrative and cognitive techniques for older kids and teens, Nicole provides a safe and nurturing space for kids and teens to explore their concerns.
Trauma Support
Our world is constantly changing. From bushfires and floods to a global pandemic, people are feeling the impact of trauma and isolation.
Offering online counselling and COVID-safe options, Nicole can help you process this trauma and start to make sense of things.


Webinars and Training
Nicole has extensive experience in facilitating webinars and face-to-face training. She can tailor presentations and topics to suit your workplace.

About Nicole

Nicole is a counsellor working with adults, children and families in the Blue Mountains, NSW Australia.
She specialises in supporting adults and children experiencing anxiety, depression and stress, and working with parenting, pregnancy and early parenting issues.
Nicole is a qualified, registered counsellor. She is accredited through the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and is bound by the PACFA Code of Ethics.
